"I have a 2009 Mazda RX-8 that wouldn't start, even with a new battery. So I couldn't even drive it to a shop to get checked out. I called Ponchie's because:
1. I saw he had great reviews.
2. I asked if he could maybe come to me to see if we could get it started (I live a just a few minutes away). He came within 30 min and got the car started right away. Looks like I needed a new starter and some other work done.
3. He was very friendly and accommodating and even brought along someone with him. That is great customer service! And the fee was very minimal.

"It's probably difficult to say that anyone has a good day on the day their car breaks down but that is exactly what I'm saying. Mr. DeLuna treated me with the upmost respect and told me exactly what needed to be replaced to get up and going, and what could wait for another day. He even made a suggestion on how to fix an extra issue (slow oil leak) that didn't even involve a return visit. This guy is the best and I will only use him moving forward. He's honest, willing to help, and knows what he is doing. What more can you ask for?"
